In Store Purchases

For purchases made in store, we are happy to issue a refund for items returned within 2 business days. For items returned within 30 days, we can issue store credit.

Online Purchases

We hope you love your online purchase! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer refunds or exchanges on all full price merchandise ordered through our website for up to 30 days after the item was received. To start a return or exchange, please contact orders@elementsforgoodliving.com.

Please note following conditions apply:

  • Items purchased online must be returned in new condition, unopened and with the tags attached.
  • Food items are not eligible for return.
  • This policy excludes sale items. All sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchanges.
